Just a head’s up that I’ll be taking a break from posting for the month of August. So no new posts until after Labor Day. (I’ll be re-posting something from the TSII archive every Friday though). That’s the bad news.

I’m pleased to announce “the subordinate is IN – THE PODCAST (Season One)” is now streaming on Spotify, Google Podcasts, or pretty much wherever you get your favorite shows (also available at the iTunes Music Store).
Like this site, it’s about all things job and work-related; I and my co-host offer advice/perspective on jobs, work and management. Depending on the episode, we may focus on one particular topic or theme and discuss it some detail. For others, our conversation is a bit more candid, and free-flowing (“jam sessions”). Fifteen (15) episodes in all are available now; listen to them chronologically, or in whatever order you please.
